LaDonna Smith and Misha Feigin of Waters Ashore are once again off to Europe for an impromptu Halloween tour. Informed sources say they may once again try a drop-in concert in Frank’s hometown, despite the unfortunate circumstances surrounding their scheduled 2006 concert . When asked to comment on the ill-fated tour, clearly disappointed Frank would only say, “Uhhhh….fire bad!” Despite the untimley power outage that marred their last visit, they felt it was only fair to give Frank’s hometown one more try.
